Hi Guys,

  Can you believe I am still sore?  My butt and legs better be looking hot, hot, hot for all the pain they are causing me. lol  I skipped the gym today, hoping some stretching exercises will help me heal faster. 

  I have a cam show this afternoon… in less then 5 hours.  Hope to see some of you there.
